Ann Bentley

A lifelong love of good food, a desire to serve and to please. Her first restaurant job was at the Harvest in North Vancouver, later the Steer and Stein. She was hooked. On to more-in due course, the Salmon House on the Hill. There she adopted the philosophy that nothing is a problem and everything is a challenge. Upward from there to Horizons on Burnaby Mountain, then more responsibility - helping to establish Toseki's downtown eatery Aqua Riva. Personable, accommodating, Ann is the epitome of the very best in up-front restaurant management. We welcome her to the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame.
