City Food Daily news reflects on BC Restaurant Hall of Fame Finalists

RESTAURANT NEWS - HALL OF FAME FINALISTS

December 19, 2008 — The BC Restaurant Hall of Fame Awards has announced its five finalists in each category. The list will be winnowed down further to two inductees per category to be announced at the gala induction banquet next Spring. Currently in the top three categories, the contender are:

Peter Bonner — Spectra Group
Geoffrey Howes — Salmon House / Aqua Riva / Horizons
Richard Jaffray — Cactus Club, Steamworks Village Taphouse
Harry Kambolis — C, Nu, Raincity

Michael Allemeier — Mission Hill Private Dining
Thomas Haas — Thomas Haas
Scott Jaeger — The Pear Tree
Pino Posteraro — Cioppino's & Enoteca
Blair Rasmussen — Vancouver Trade & Convention Centre
